Brittany brings over seven years of grooming expertise and a five-year background as a veterinary technician to The Grooming Pawlor. A proud dog owner herself, Brittany understands the bond between pets and their families, sharing her life with two beloved pups. With an unmatched eye for detail and expertise in breed-specific cuts, Deirdre has been a cornerstone of The Grooming Pawlor. She has a passion for animal welfare, having launched and run a Chihuahua rescue in the past. Although she is not currently taking new clients, Deirdre actively manages every part of the grooming business and still finds time to pamper her own pups. Known for her exceptional customer service, she has helped shape a warm, personalized grooming experience that her husband Darrin and team of groomers carry forward as they continue to bring top-quality mobile grooming to your doorstep.
Darrin
Co-Owner & Senior Groomer at The Grooming Pawlor
Having over seven years of experience at The Grooming Pawlor, Darrin has become a trusted name in dog grooming, especially among owners of large breeds. Known for his gentle touch and expertise with big dogs like Rottweilers, Darrin has a special way of making even the most reluctant pups feel at ease. He has also raised and trained several guide dogs for Guide Dogs for the Blind, showcasing his commitment to helping dogs and their pet parents. His signature pawdicures are renowned for being some of the best in the industry, leaving dogs’ nails short, smooth, and perfectly rounded. Together with his wife Deirdre, Darrin co-owns The Grooming Pawlor, creating a welcoming space where every dog is treated like family.
Darbi
Junior Bather (In Training)
Darrin and Deirdre’s daughter, Darbi, is a Junior Bather at The Grooming Pawlor. She works alongside her dad to learn the ropes and improve her skills. Darbi is already quite skilled, regularly practicing her bathing and nail techniques on the family’s own eight dogs. While she doesn’t do scissoring yet, she hopes to work toward becoming a professional groomer. Darbi is following in the footsteps of her older siblings, who have also worked on the grooming van.
